Non è necessario che tu ripeta esattamente la Preghiera Scientifica che io ho preparato, puoi pregare con animo aperto, secondo quello che tu sai intorno a Dio. Dio è Colui che Guarisce, Dio mi guarisce.
Dio è Onnipossente, Dio è la mia Forza.
Dio è Provvidenza, Dio provvede ai miei bisogni.
Dio è Amore, l’Amore di Dio è stato sparso nei nostri cuori.
Dio è Pace, io ho la Pace di Dio nel mio cuore.
Dio è Gioia, io ho la Gioia di Dio nel mio cuore.

It’s this simple. Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight. I think we all know what ‘bad’ foods are by now. If your great great great grandmother would not recognize it as a food, then you probably should’ve be eating it. Eat less processed food, lean protein, fruits and veggies, and whole grains. Human have a way of making things much much harder than they have to be. I think we all know what we ‘need’ to do. It’s doing it that’s the problem. Buck up and do what you need to do to be healthy and lose weight.
